Meet The Doctors

Rita Harding, DDS, FAGD, FICD

Dr. Rita Harding graduated from Creighton University in 1990 and currently practices dentistry in Boise, Idaho. In addition, to the Academy of General Dentistry, Dr. Harding is a member of the American Dental Association, Idaho State Dental Association, and the Idaho Mass Disaster Team.  In 2007,  Dr. Harding received the prestigious Fellowship Award  from the AGD  by completing the rigorous requirements.  Dr. Harding goes above and beyond basic licensure requirements in her state to keep her practice on the cutting edge.  She takes extra dental education classes to provide her patients with the very best in dental care.  This award truly distinguishes Dr. Harding from other dental professionals in her community.​

Other associations Dr. Harding is affiliated with are:  Board Member of CWI, Technical Advisory Committee for Dental Assisting and a member on St. Alphonsus Medical Staff. 

Dr. Tanner Moir

Dr. Tanner Moir grew up in Cody, Wyoming, where he gained an appreciation for the outdoors. After High School, Dr. Moir attended Boise State University graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences. The year in-between his undergraduate studies and dental school he worked for the State of Idaho helping designate health care shortage areas. Dr. Moir moved to Nebraska to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Creighton University. In dental school he participated in a variety of different activities that provided care for undeserved individuals including Give Kids a Smile, Iowa Mission of Mercy, and One World. He was also selected to represent Creighton University at the annual Student Clinicians Research Program at the National American Dental Association conference. His research looked at different methods of diagnosing why root canal treatments were failing. Outside of dentistry he enjoys watching Boise State University sports and playing golf. Dr. Moir is excited to join Gentle Family Dentistry’s professional team of providers and cannot wait to see new patients.
